My very tired bathroom was a disaster. It had been over 20 years since anything was done. I wanted the tub removed with a walk in glass shower, towel warmer installed and led mirror. It was a complete gut job and they tore it all out and took it away. I had a vision. Mark had great suggestions in helping me get the bathroom I always wanted. I LOVE my bathroom now. Mark and his team did everything from updating electrical to re-routing plumbing and putting up with my indecision about things from time to time. My bathroom looks modern and functions great for a busy family of 4 with 3 of them being female.

I decided on Chermark Renovations after reading the reviews on Home Stars. The job was a very small bathroom in a small bungalow. Tiling the walls, and replacing the tub with a walk in shower. Mark's workmanship was spectacular, the tile work makes the bathroom, which was my biggest concern going into the job. Mark was accommodating of my changes and was willing to work with me to meet my vision. His knowledge and expertise were important, his suggestions helped to make the renovation a success. As it is the only bathroom in the house, the timeline was important to me and Mark worked hard to ensure I was not without a toilet for long which was much appreciated. He and his crew (Steve and Jeremy) were fun to deal with and kept the mess to a minimum. Overall Mark's work and attention to detail was excellent. I have recommended Mark to family, friends and I will not hesitate to call him again.

We hired Chermark Renovations for a complete basement renovation which included a laundry room, fitness room, large open office and living space, and the addition of a full bathroom. Mark was a pleasure to work with right from the initial estimate, and I don't think we could have had a better experience with anyone else. Everyone on Mark's team and the various subcontractors that worked on the basement were just as great to work with and delivered high quality results on everything they did. Mark was great in listening to my millions of questions and delivered on everything we asked for and then some, always ensuring we were happy with the results. Mark also always made us aware of any additional costs prior to any additional work so there were zero surprises in the budget. We will definitely be calling Chermark again for our future renovation needs and highly highly recommend them.

Chermark renovated my 60 year old kitchen and gave me a fresh, new kitchen. Mark, with his sense of humor and considerate attitude, was a pleasure to work with. The beautiful results reflect his expertise.The work was completed on time and on budget. His helpful nature was made evident by willingness to "go beyond" and repair a stairs railing also. When asked, he offered sensible advice for other home maintenance issues. He is honest, trust worthy and a hard worker, who was willing to work with my schedule. That was very appreciated, Mark! We had our basement renovated by Chermark. Mark was very punctual and easy to deal with. Work was completed when scheduled and even though there was a ordering error by the store on our shower Mark was able to correct this and still remain on time with schedule. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone.

60+ year old home overdue for a new main bathroom. Interviewed 3 other contractors before finding Mark Wilson. We liked his approach and his way with clients. Had to wait nearly 6 months (lots of work is a good sign if you can be patient), but it was worth the wait. Job started on time, finished on time and on budget. Mark and his associates - Steve, Alberto, Mark and Adrian - were all polite and went very much out of their way to keep the house clean (especially of plaster drywall dust!) and they invested themselves in the little details that confirm the choice of contractor. We could not be happier and Chermark has our unreserved recommendation. We will use Mark again, should the need arise.

Mark and his crew did a fantastic job on our basement finish. They made some suggestions we wouldn't have thought of. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, at a reasonable cost. They also went above and beyond to meet a finish date that we had requested. We would, and will, recommend Mark to anyone looking for home improvement work. We will also be using Mark for future projects.

All in all am very happy with the work done. Could have done a better job on the drywall in some spots, but this was a HUGE job on a 100 yr old home and lasted 4 months. I'm impressed they were able to get it done in that time, so I was willing to sacrifice a small amount of quality for getting it done. I have no doubt he would have fixed it if I'd asked, but I needed the job done. Excellent tile work. Mark was very friendly and helpful in coming up with inventive solutions for unexpected situations (it's an old house). I'd use Mark and his team again for sure.
