Hamid Baig - Ontario Sales Manager is confident and knowledgeable about services the company provides. Security system is easy to operate. I feel safe all the time: ever I am at home or away. I am very satisfied with the MHB.

I did alot of research into getting a GSM alarm system and talked with many alarm companies before settling with MHB. The deciding factor was value. MHB was able to provide the most number of alarm componets and lowest upfront costs. Hamid was great with answering my questions and providing honest advice. System seems to working better than I thought. The sales person that came and met with us was really nice and informative. Some of custmoer service on the phone was not great. Received a call from someone about our account but when we called back with a reference number they could not find us on the system and did not know why we were calling.

Hi Shelly, Thanks for your recent review on our (MHB Security) sales and installation. As you know, we are a local ADT Authorized Dealer in Canada means once we (MHB) sell and install your system, you become an ADT Corporate Customer. The Customer services call that you mentioned was from ADT's QA Department and not from MHB Security. You were supposed to give them your billing number or Customer number mentioned in your invoice in order for them to locate your account easily. Since it was a new account, this is why ADT needed that billing number or Customer Account number to activate your system. Now you can simply mention your primary home phone number and ADT will locate you easily or you can always call me and I will give you your billing / customer account number so it is easy for you and ADT to find your account information. I have been living in my current residence for over 15 years now and never needed a security system...until my neighbour's house got broken into. I most of all wanted to protect my family from any intruders so I called MHB after searching online. They designed a unique system for my family and actually took the time to come to my house to do it. I was so amazed at the knowledge they had about designing a system and which equipment would work best in each type of situation. Installation went smooth and the guy even cleaned up after himself..which my wife was happy about. I actually have recommended them to my mom and friends.
