Hamid from MHB security was extremely knowledgeable about the products he was installing. He was so patient trying to get everything working for us considering we were dealing with some poor internet signal issues. He wouldn’t give up!! He also suggested a fob for my mom to use to make using the alarm system easier for her. Such a kind, friendly and courteous customer service representative working for the company!! We needed to upgrade our home security system to a wireless provider and came across MHB Security. I spoke with Hamid who gave me a detailed breakdown of what we needed and the costs involved. It all sounded so good that I asked him if the service covered cottage country—it did! So we bought two systems. Hamid came to our home (fully masked) the same day— how’s that for service? He programmed both systems for us, installed our home system, gave me dummy-proof instructions on how to install the cottage system (I’m not the world’s handiest guy but it was a breeze) and patiently answered all my technical questions. He made it all so simple. He continued to be responsive when I called him a few weeks later with another question. I was really impressed with the quality of service I received from MHB and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. And the ADT/Telus support is really good too. Hamid upgraded our alarm system a few days ago. We were a little bit anxious at first, since we didn’t know him and prefer to work with referrals and friends & family. However, despite this preference, we went with our gut and booked an appointment. Hamid has a very calm and relaxed demeanor which helped relieve any anxiety we were feeling. By the manner in which he treated us, we felt like he was a member of our family and his recommendations were based on what he would have done to secure his own home. We appreciate his time and knowledge in tailoring a custom solution that fit our budget. He also went above and beyond by giving us a discount, throwing in extra protection and Hamid even paid out of his own pocket to reimburse us when he found out two days later that our previous alarm company was still charging us for one more month.
