New Window INstallation - Retro Fit
Absolutely, completely satisfied with the windows purchased and their installation. Michael, the salesman, was well-informed and documented. He took the time to present all relevant information and answer all questions. (I knew virtually nothing about buying new windows.,..) He sent an email after our meeting reviewing major points discussed including a very professionally drawn-up quote and additional links to back-up the products and their installation. Of the various window sale representatives that we met, he was the friendliest and put the least amount of sales pressure on us.
The windows themselves are of great quality as well as their installation.
Two installer came for our four windows. They were very respectful of the house and covered the floors so as not to mark up the hardwood. They were extremely precise in their installation taking the time to level the windows (we live in an old Toronto home) and to ensure that they were well-insulated. They also cleaned-up properly when they were through. It took approximately 6 hours to install the four windows.
Michael called the very same day to get feedback on the installation and product.
We will definitely contact Ambia again if we need to replace more windows. Thank you!
