Anna at customer service was kind, friendly, patient and extremely helpful. She even researched storage facilities for us and provided us with quotes from various places. I called her many times and was always extremely pleased with the service she provided. The move went well. The crew arrived 15 minutes early (!). They worked hard and were careful with the furniture (taking the time to wrap it and cover it properly). Overall we are pleased with how the move went. We will hire Angel Movers to get us back into our house in the fall.

He provided many updates and explained his work throughout the duration of the project. He checked-in regularly to ensure that we were satisfied with the work. He worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner and was respectful of our family needs. He managed to arrange his lunch breaks and other work while the children napped. THis meant a lot to us. Absolutely, completely satisfied with the windows purchased and their installation. Michael, the salesman, was well-informed and documented. He took the time to present all relevant information and answer all questions. (I knew virtually nothing about buying new windows.,..) He sent an email after our meeting reviewing major points discussed including a very professionally drawn-up quote and additional links to back-up the products and their installation. Of the various window sale representatives that we met, he was the friendliest and put the least amount of sales pressure on us. The windows themselves are of great quality as well as their installation. Two installer came for our four windows. They were very respectful of the house and covered the floors so as not to mark up the hardwood. They were extremely precise in their installation taking the time to level the windows (we live in an old Toronto home) and to ensure that they were well-insulated. They also cleaned-up properly when they were through. It took approximately 6 hours to install the four windows. Michael called the very same day to get feedback on the installation and product. We will definitely contact Ambia again if we need to replace more windows. Thank you!
