I booked a pre construction hone with Trico Homes in January 2022 and got possession in February 2023. The process was very smooth from start to finish. I would like to applaud the effort by Belmont Sales Team as they sent me regular construction updates every week.The Craftsmanship is top notch and Trico makes sure that everything is flawless. For Example, the hardwood floor has been laid out perfectly, the paint is flawless etc. Home orientation was held a week before possession and it was as very detailed. Garth from service and warranty made sure that all my concerns were taken care of before possession.
All the repair/maintenance work during the first year warranty period was completed in a Timely manner. Trico Homes takes pride in its work. I have recommended Trico Homes to my family and friends.
