Fridge repair - replaced water valve

I was very pleased with Atlas. Something was acting up with the ice/water dispenser on our fridge. The fellow came over, replaced the water valve and showed me how to do it myself. That way, I could go to a store, purchase the product and would be able to save on the repair costs of calling someone to do it for me. He also answered my question about the water filter replacement for our particular fridge.
The repairman came on time, while being friendly and helpful. The company said he would be here at 10 in the morning and he was not a minute late. That's very rare now adays.
