After months of putting off getting rid of some appliances, we called 1-800-GOT-JUNK. We had obviously called during a busy time because it we could only book an appointment about a week later. Regardless, they came on time and made sure they didn't damage anything as they were taking the appliances out of the home. It was very cold that day and they were diligent not to track any mud into the home. The two gentlemen were very friendly and I would definitely do business with them.

The battery on the main console in my house was slowly dying. The folks on the phone at the ADT head office were helpful as much as they could be. They tried to explain over the phone how to change it. When that was not successful, they sent over a repairman who was on time and very helpful. He explained how to change the battery and showed me how to do it so I would be able to do it on my own next time. Good service! I recommend them.

I was very pleased with Atlas. Something was acting up with the ice/water dispenser on our fridge. The fellow came over, replaced the water valve and showed me how to do it myself. That way, I could go to a store, purchase the product and would be able to save on the repair costs of calling someone to do it for me. He also answered my question about the water filter replacement for our particular fridge. The repairman came on time, while being friendly and helpful. The company said he would be here at 10 in the morning and he was not a minute late. That's very rare now adays.

One fellow came, along with his apprentice, and they were both on time and very clean when they entered the home. It took them about 10 minutes to figure out what the issue was with the furnace and the actually installation didn't take more than 30 minutes. In addition, they supplied us with further reading material on the furnace we have in our home. Overall, a good experience.

As I was putting together a final term paper, the power button on my PC got stuck in a move. I had no idea how to fix it and EuroTech was the closest repair shop in my area. I took in my unit and within minutes, they fixed it for me. There were no questions. They didn't try to sell anything to me. It was simple and easy. I ended up buying a power cord while I was in the store, but that was unrelated to the repair. I highly recommend their down-to-earth service.

What attracted me to LazyBoy at first was it's great selection of what I was looking for. They had something for every room that I was looking to furnish. However, I found the sales associate we dealt with to be very pushy and always wanted answers right away, in terms of what and when we were buying. It was high pressure sales and that disappointed me. When the dining room set was ordered, it was already on sale. A couple of weeks later, it went on sale further and it was disconcerting because the sales associate had given us the line of, "it will never be cheaper." They replaced a damaged chair and damaged pain of glass in the china cabinet with no major issues. The kitchen and great room sets were custom orderer and we were very happy with it. Overall, a decent experience. They have a great selection of high-quality furniture, especially the Kincade brand. I just wish the sales associate wasn't so pushy, so be prepared.
