Laundry Room drain full of grout
After having a new humidifier installed, I had a flood in my laundry room due to a non-draining floor drain. Jerry & Jacob came and tried a few things to get the it unclogged. Eventually what worked was a few buckets of hot water and the INDUSTRIAL auger! They didn't give up and they weren't leaving until I had a drain that worked.
Turns out that when I had tile work done 5 years earlier the tiler put his grout water down my laundry drain. The grout dried and essentially cemented the drain closed.
I thought this was going to be hundreds of dollars, possibly a new pipe - a huge headache. The guys were AMAZING and they had it all fixed up in less than an hour!
