I called Tom and booked an appoint to have our front door lock re-keyed as was difficult to open. He arrived right on schedule and quickly performed the work. He also give useful tips for maintaining the lock so we wouldn't have the same problem in the future. The entire process from appoint and confirmation through to payment was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend Victory.
