My basement renovation was challenging. My home is 100 years old and after demolition it was obvious that there was considerably more work than Mark had anticipated when he had quoted on the job. Instead of covering up the problems over with new drywall or walking away, he put a halt to the project and met with me to go over the situation. We walked through the site together and reviewed each item and agreed that the scope of work was indeed much greater than Mark could have foreseen. We sat down and forged a new project plan and agreement and continued from there. The result is a home that is structurally and functionally better now. The basment was unusable before but now is a bright play, laundry, storage, movie area that my 3 boys have claimed as their own. Mark and his team Mark G, John, Gus and Tom are capable tradesmen who take pride in their work and care about their customers. I highly recommend this team of professionals.
