Working with Modular was a great experience from start to finish. First of all, the quote that we received was the most detailed that we saw from any other contractor and enabled us to effectively budget the project. Second of all, communication was excellent and the entire renovation process was well explained both in advance, as well as during the project. We also had access to a website that allowed us to communicate with the Modular team on a constant basis. Third of all, we found the entire team very professional. Dule, the project manager, kept us well informed of what was happening every step of the way. The entire crew worked long hours in the winter to keep the project moving. We were out of our house for a total of six months, which is exactly the amount of time planned. We also decided to go with Modular for the entire project (Phases 1, 2, 3), and it was well worth it. Everything was done to our satisfaction and on time. Based on our personal positive experience, we highly recommend Modular Home Additions.
