We would highly recommend Modular Home Additions for many reasons: their professionalism and friendly approach, their initial quotation laying out clearly the cost of the project phases, taking care of permits, engineering and all other aspects of getting ready for the building phase, and keeping the site tidy which made our neighbours happy. The work was completed on time with a no stress approach which made the whole project much easier on us. Special thanks to Dule that has been by our side all along this project. Whenever we had a question or a concern, he always took the time to follow up with answers and solutions - very much appreciated. Olga & Daniel

Working with Modular was a great experience from start to finish. First of all, the quote that we received was the most detailed that we saw from any other contractor and enabled us to effectively budget the project. Second of all, communication was excellent and the entire renovation process was well explained both in advance, as well as during the project. We also had access to a website that allowed us to communicate with the Modular team on a constant basis. Third of all, we found the entire team very professional. Dule, the project manager, kept us well informed of what was happening every step of the way. The entire crew worked long hours in the winter to keep the project moving. We were out of our house for a total of six months, which is exactly the amount of time planned. We also decided to go with Modular for the entire project (Phases 1, 2, 3), and it was well worth it. Everything was done to our satisfaction and on time. Based on our personal positive experience, we highly recommend Modular Home Additions. We are very pleased with the quality of the work executed by Star Tech Stucco on our newly renovated two-storey house. Based on our positive experience, we highly recommend Sean and his crew for their professionalism, attention to detail, and the pride they take in a job well done.
