Heating & Air Conditioning review in Hamilton

I have edited my review. Andrew from Hamco was nice enought to reach out to me and the problem has been fixed.

8 years ago HAMCO installed my furnace and I had nothing but great things to say. I then decided to have them install my a/c. Since the day it was installed, 5years ago, I have not been able to use it for more than a week and that is only because they came and charged it. Today, another technician came to look at my unit and once again I was told it had a leak but this time I must pay to have it charged.

8 years ago HAMCO installed my furnace and I had nothing but great things to say. I then decided to have them install my a/c. Since the day it was installed, 5years ago, I have not been able to use it for more than a week and that is only because they came and charged it. Today, another technician came to look at my unit and once again I was told it had a leak but this time I must pay to have it charged because my warranty lapsed in 2014 when I did not get maintenance, although I had two different technicians come and look at my unit that year and again in 2015. I have been told on several occasions there was a leak by more than one of their technicians and it has never been fixed. I have requested the unit to be removed so I may get a new one from a different company . Have yet to hear back. Hoping this will all be over soon and I can get an a/c that works so my family can be comfortable in the summer.
