I experienced a moderate flood of water back through my basement toilet and shower, which entered by basement living space. I contacted DrainWorks immediately, and Armando arrived on site to video scope the line. It was discovered that the sewer line was obstructed by roots.
This was a disheartening discovery, as the pipe had been replaced only 2 years ago by another plumbing company for the same thing. Armando outlined the probable causes, and we decided it would be best to dig up the basement floor and replace the pipe and several 'Y' connections.
The team arrived the next day, and completed the job same day in a very professional and clean manner. I highly recommend DrainWorks.
