An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I have had Dr. Green take care of my fertilizing, weed, and pest control needs for four years now. The technicians are courteous and respectful. They will answer my questions.
If I need further services or clarification, I can call Dr. Green and speak to knowledgeable people. I have had technicians make extra trips to my property and even redo applications on the rare occasions that I have been dissatisfied.
The automatic renewal is very convenient, and my rates haven't gone up in four years.
