delivery was not at the arranged time. considering how much the appliances cost I was surprised that we were charged for delivery which did not arrive at the prearranged time, which we were attempting to co-ordinate with the installers. This was very frustrating. We like to support local, independent businesses having experienced superior service from most but this business was an exception to this. The service at Caplan's was dismissive and not very helpful. Overall not the greatest for service which is unfortunate because the products this store sells are exceptional.
