Using Brock Home Improvements was a great experience from beginning to end. The sales person was knowledgable and provided us with a quote on the spot that did not change throughout the process. The windows were ordered and ready very quickly. The installation only took one day for every window in our house. The installers were professional and the windows look amazing. They cleaned everything before they left. The new windows have made a major improvement on our house, both with energy conservation and appearance.

The door was ordered,delivered and installed on time. The sales representative, scheduler and the installation team all dealt with us in a friendly and professional manner.

We had 18 windows, 1 patio door and 1 kitchen door replaced brick to brick in 2 days. From the onset there was no pressure from the salesman. He provided intelligent suggestions on how to make the look consistent in the front of the house as well as the back. The 2 man install taem were extremely efficient and clean and provided a complete and thorough walk about inside and out upon completion of job. They passed with flying colors and I would highly recommend them.

When my wife and I bought our home we knew that it needed alot of work. One of the frist things that we needed were new windows. When I called Brock they were very helpful with our needs. Bruce, our salesmen, was very knowledgeable about the products and what would not only look good but would best fit the space. The cost of their windows was right in budget. When the crew came to do the install they worked very clean and fast. If it wasn't for the fact that I could finally open my windows I wouldn't have known they where there. I thank them for doing such a good job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
