2nd floor bedroom addition, roof, patio doors, etc
We needed a 2nd floor bedroom addition fairly quickly due to baby #2 on the way. We met a number of contractors - John gave us a ton of information right away and was the only one to give us a list of references from every single client they've worked for over the past few years.
The work started on time, and our foreman, Jim was AMAZING. He is professional, knowledgeable and a perfectionist. His attention to detail is like no other. He didn't consider the job finished until every single detail was perfect.
Overall, considering I was at home dealing with a newborn and a major renovation, it didn't feel intrusive at all. The guys onsite were all very professional, safe, quiet, and detail-oriented. They left the site spotless everyday.
Not only did the project come in on budget but any concerns I had were always dealt with immediately and I always felt confident in the work being done.
Thank you John, Carl, Hans, and especially Jim for ensuring our reno went smoothly. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Oborne. We are so happy with the addition and would use Oborne again for any future projects.
