I was about to leave the office when my daughter Erika phoned and told me there was no power in the basement and living room. She did everything she could like turning on and off the breaker but still no power. She phoned two companies but didn't reply back. So I searched the internet and found Solutions Electrical with 9.9 score at Homestars. I phoned and was very happy when someone picked up the phone and she was able to find someone to come. In 15 mins, when I arrived home, there was Joe F working and trying to figure out the cause of the problem. In less than an hour the power was back. Joe F was very accommodating and even taught us some tips on how to prevent it from happening again. Very happy with Joe F who accepted the job even if he was about to go home already.
