Job was done within week of accepting bid. They replaced deck and strengthened the substructure. Now feels sturdier than has for a while.
Added a few touches at my request. All in all in quite satisfied.

Our old fence was long overdue for replacement. GTA's crew was courteous, on time, and neat. Quality job all around, the workmanship looks great and the fence is solid (no more horizontal supports.. yeah!).
