bought 2 sets of sofas and paid in full at once. not a small amount of money. rep promised 2nd sofa will be delivered in 6-8 weeks. at 4-5th week waiting time, we needed to phone warranty department for a stain on the 1st sofa set and was informed the 2nd sofa won't be delivered by 8 weeks and MAYBE will be ready for additional 8 weeks. upon phoning the store, no one took the responsibility on promising the wrong delivery date. if we get a full refund, there won't be guarantee on the discussed price again should we go back to buy the same sofa at a time when they have it in stock. thus, we feel "forced" to keep a deposit there and wait for the indefinite delivery date! should a big company like The Brick operate this way? at least take on the responsibility and to satisfy the customer a bit more because the delivery time changed from 8 weeks or sooner to INDEFINITE! POOR POOR customer service.
in addition to that, the EXPANSIVE warranty department is not friendly to deal with. we need to "prove" with pictures and "forensic" investigative argument to them in order to get a replacement. will I go back to the Brick? NO!
