Poor customer service! Immature staff. Blinds were order, 4 weeks later the blinds came in but with the inncorrect valances. Wigger said it was my fault and wanted to charge me for the valances. After many many calls finally wigger said they would order the proper valances. 3 weeks later, valances came in, once again wrong valances. I took a day off of work to have them installed. 1 week later finally the new valances came in now they want to change for a service call since the installer had to come in on a Saturday. Staff is immature, if you order goes right then you lucked out, if its wrong, be sure that they will tell you its your fault. Will not recommend them to anyone.
