The 2 gentleman that came to assist with this were wonderful, and had alot of patience. The hubby can be very demanding and irritating at times..They handle him well were calm answered all his 101 + questions..and never got frustrated with him..like I did..haha Great service I would definitely recommend them :)
We bought the TV online and there was immediately a credit card issue. It needed authorization and had to contact the credit card company myself. Future shop didn't want to accomated us and instead of getting our TV in 24hrs it in fact took 3 days! Now for the delivery: They were suppose to deliver in 24hrs. After 5 days we heard nothing, they claimed that the database was missing information and instead of contact us directly they choose to basically ignore us. After we phoned we did get resolution but the day before the delivery, they phone to confirm and still then they had the WRONG ADDRESS!!! The time they were suppose to deliver was actually incorrect and the free promotion of rogers digital cable was unavailable online so we had to make the extra trip to get the bonus package. 3 weeks of hell!!!"
