I called the company on Nov 8, 2023 as the fire of my 24 years old Heat N Glo fireplace won't stay on after switching from pilot to On. I was very fortunately that Alex was able to come to my place in the same afternoon. I found this company based on Homestars review. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning when I couldn't find any Google reviews.
In addition to fixing the sensor issue, I also agreed to receive a coating service inside the fireplace to prevent corrosion and fireplace glass pane cleaning services.
After 3 hours, my 24 years old Heat N Glo looks like brand new and the sensor issue was resolved. Alex is very professional and CLEAN! I highly recommend this company if anyone need a fireplace maintenance and repair service.
