Jarod and another person in training came to service our sump pump for the first time. They were extremely courteous and professional at all times. They explained to me what they were going to do and then followed up with me afterwards. They took great care to explain everything in detail. My only suggestion to the company is to provide clients with a "USER Guide" on how the sump works and what to do if alarm goes off etc. The technicians explain a lot of things and for the lay person it is a lot to remember. Other than that, no complaints.
