New pool installed by J Ashton. Sales process is very good however once ink is dry on purchase order and the work begins so to does the nightmare of the Ashton service. At every zig and zag of the construction process; which is expected with such a complex project you begin to find out how unskilled and unprofessional the man is. Be warned using Ashton you will be paying for your new pool twice; once to Ashton and once to some other company to fix all the mistakes after 3-4 years. It’s only because the industry is unregulated that they are able to operate in our community.
