Was referred to Jason & his company by a friend of ours to look into some strange noise coming from the furnace. Jason work was excellent and he gave honest suggestions. He took the time to give that personal touch and provide great advise. Will definitely recommend them and use them again !

I had made an appointment for the routine 1 free checkup (under the plan) of my well maintained furnace for 5th Dec between 10am & 2pm. An email with case 255xxx confirmed the appointment. The technician came & cleaned the unit. I was at home & no parts were replaced. However, when I received the next bill, there is an additional amount of $111.87 FOR "HOME VISIT". On following up with billing, I was told the 'Filter' was replaced. With 3 seniors at home I replace the filters & humidifiers pads diligently & I know for sure NO filter or anything else was changed with my knowledge or approval. I have been taken advantage of. In my past 6 years with HomeStars, this is the first time I ever had to give a rating of less than 5.

After much research, decided to go ahead with The Duct Cleaning Specialists. It was worth it. Spoke with Paul and requested for the Healthy home package. Based on my replies he suggested that I go with the Basic package and do the additional work only if found necessary by the techs. Nick & Chris came over & did a thorough job. Based on their finding they recommended I go only with the Furnace blower & the AC coil required no cleaning. They diligently completed the work in a thorough, professional, trustworthy and friendly manner. I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them. I had a Fir tree to be removed from my side yard. Had a quick look at the reviews on the Homestars website & decided to call Andrew from Releaf. It was a good decision. His service was professional & perfect. A job very well done in all respects. I would recommend him to my close friends.

We had an issue with our main storm drain for some time and had several plumbers look into it. Off hand, their only solution was an expensive excavate & replace. We then had Michael and Craig from WaterWorks come in. On their initial visit itself, they spent over an hour explaining to us the possible issues, the various solutions along with the fixed upfront cost for each & the best cost-effective approach to tackle it. We went ahead with Waterworks. They diligently completed the work in a thorough professional, trustworthy and friendly manner. I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend WaterWorks. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that has a strong commitment to customer service.
