    The Duct Cleaning Specialists is a family owned and operated company in Southern Ontario. We are fully operational all year round and have specialized in Residential and Commercial Air Duct Cleaning since 2002. Our goal is to achieve a healthier, cleaner, and safer indoor environment for you and your loved ones; while providing dependable, timely, quality service, and 100% customer satisfaction. We also maintain liability insurance coverage to give our customers that extra piece of mind and have an individual membership with the Indoor Air Quality Association.


    We utilize “Source Removal,” the mechanical cleaning of system components to remove dirt and debris. We follow all guidelines set forth by the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) as published in the Assessment, Cleaning & Restoration of HVAC systems.     Excellent service

    duct cleaning Paul called me 10 mins after I left a message and was at my house the next morning: he spent 2 hours, did a great job, cleaned up nicely, and was polite and friendly. The house smells fresher! His price (an August special) was excellent - I'd certainly use him again, and recommend him to others.

    Expectations Exceeded!

    Duct Cleaning From my first meeting with Paul, he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He didn't just come in and do the job, he made sure that he had all the equipment necessary to do the best job he could. We live in a very old house with a maze of dirty ducts. Paul did a lot of problem solving work for us and took the time to go above and beyond so that we were satisfied. I can't say enough about his service - it was truly excellent!

    Duct and Furnace Cleaning From our first telephone conversation, Paul put my mind at ease. He encouraged me to browse the internet to learn about the tricks of the Trade. I discovered there are many.
    Paul explained the process and I felt comfortable to proceed.

    Paul and his team were exceptional

    Duct Cleaning & Furnace Cleaning Paul was extremely helpful and courteous. I told him why I thought I needed duct cleaning (smell of cigarettes) and he did research for me and suggested a number of solutions, only one of which was using his service. So I appreciated his honesty and the fact that the he went out of his way to recommend a number of solutions that would not benefit him directly. I decided to hire him for duct cleaning and furnace cleaning and I couldn't be happier. He and his team were helpful, clean, quick, and able to accommodate my specific needs and questions. I was very happy and would have no hesitation to use his service again.

As you mentioned, sometimes duct cleaning doesn't solve a specific problem, and I just like to help the customer even if it means not provide my own service for them. Down the road they may need it, and hopefully they remember that helpful guy on the phone. However, it was good that we did the cleaning, as you seen first hand, the dead mice that were in the ductwork. I am glad that you are happy with the service that I provided, and look forward to doing it all again in a few years. In the meantime, I will keep you up to date with all maintenance reminders.     Duct Cleaning/Furnace Cleaning Paul and his company went above and beyond what they needed to do. I had made a duct cleaning appointment with him, but before the date of that I had a dryer problem that I thought he could help me with. He came over and took one look at the dryer and knew it wasn't a duct blockage problem. He noticed a different problem and offered to pick up the part and install it when he came to clean our ducts. When he did come to clean the ducts, he did it professionally and exceptionally. And they were pretty dirty. My house is a 100 years old and as far as I know, the ducts have never been cleaned. There was some gross stuff in there. And he fixed our dryer, as well as cleaned our furnace. All within a quick time period and with minimal disturbances. I will definitely use Paul again for all my duct cleaning needs.;
