I was referred from a friend who has been along time customer with Town and Country Water for over 10 years. They've always been fair, courteous and reasonably priced. I had purchased a UV Light/water filter, Water Softener over a year ago and After a year the UV light requires the bulb to be changed. I called them up and Cory came over right away with a new UV light and changed my filter. I recently Called to have them service our water system due to VERY low water pressure; they were able to come the same day and identified it was the Pressure tank bladder. Clearly explained what was going on and fixed the issue promptly along with removing the mixing water value and now I have added water pressure. They have also found out the root cause of water coming from my furnace and cleaned out the condensation pump saving me money on purchasing a new one. Cory Frank and Arlene has gone ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations and I will be using them again. I would personally recommend them to anyone especially those living in the country with well water. Purchased security camera for surveillance on my phone and they have had no issues selling anything. It has been a year and no service on my phone and no service on my computer. The only way to view is with a monitor hooked up to the system which is a huge inconvenience. My box will not stop beeping as well. I keep texting and emailing with no reply! Terrible service... Do not buy anything from them!!!! Update-After posting this review-they have since come to stop the beeping changed to new rating
