We reached Roy just as he was leaving for vacation...despite being only hours away from getting on a plane he took the time to talk with us and explain the likely source of our problem. He couldn't come out himself, but went above and beyond by calling one of his associates to help us out. Victor, the plumber he recommneded, was at our home within the hour and got us settled for the night (we couldn't even flush a toilet when he arrived without sewer water backing up into the basement)! Victor came back with his team a few days later and the problem was resolved on time and on budget. Highly recommended.
