did not go to this company direct but thru Lowe's. We asked to have the tank replaced the next day as the bottom had fallen out. We rec'd a call that night to say that they would be there within a 2 hour window. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and very courteous. The tank was installed with no problems. We received a call a couple of days later to see if everything was OK.

The workers were late most days and weren't very pleasant to deal with. They took a chain saw to my apple tree without informing us that this would have to be done. They refused our check stating that their accountant had never heard of the bank and then demanded a certified cheque. The Forman was very unpleasant to deal with
