This is the second time I have used Empress Rug Cleaning and I am very happy with their service and pricing. This last time I used them - they cleaned my runners while I was away on vacation. Also Empress uses Green products!
We had to do a complete bathroom reno which the finish project was lovely but the communication with the PM could have been better. All in all - job well done
Bathroom Extension Drafting Services
We decided to do an extension on our bathroom and requires drafting services for the permit. I was referred to Patrick through a family friend and was pleasantly happy with the work we received. It took a little longer than expected to receive then1st draft but Patrick was professional about giving us a realistic timeframe for the work to be done.
Window cleaning & Eave repairs
I have now used Sunnyway on 2 separate occasions and on both occasion, I was very happy with the service I was giving. Pricing is more than reasonable and I will be using this company in the spring timeframe to repair my stain glass windows.

The service I received today was phenomenal. Michael (Master Plumber) was on time, professional, courteous and the work that was done was excellent. Radiator cover for daughters room
Ordering online based just on my husbands measurements of the rads in my daughters room made me nervous but how pleasantly surprised I was. Not only was it easy to choose with lovely finishes and other options... installing it was made simple with the video tutorial they have online. Once installed, it looked beautiful in my daughters room and we have 2 others to order.
Gilad and his team were professional and always got back to us in a timely matter. The finished product was done well, on schedule and except for a minor hiccup ( what was to be included in the final project was miscommunicated) we were happy with our deck/fence. Gilad even gave us a present for our newborn baby which was above and beyond and very sweet.

It was very important to have our child's rug cleanned as she is constantly on it. I wasn't sure if I should have the carpet taken in to be cleaned or have it done at the home...but Carpet Cleaning Factory has both options. After our first great experience, we have now had a few of our carpets cleanned (in house and offsite) and have been very happy. Highly recommended.
Looking for Well made Radiators is not an easy task and when we found Fichman Furniture we were pleasantly surprised. We had never ordered carpentry work online before but found the process easy and user friendly. The options were fantastic and the guides provided online for measuring and ordering were great. Once our Radiator cover was ready, installation was simple and the product was beautiful. We are very happy with the end product and overall experience and we will be ordering 2 more rads in the coming months.
Overall we had a great experience with our move. It did take longer then anticipated, but the movers were professional, poilte and they didn't make a mess or break anything. I would recommend and use them again.

A check made move
Our experience with Bathlux was a complete disappointment. The measuremets were off several times and to a point that we had to reconfigure our own original plans. They just couldn't get it right. Days would go by without workers showing up and when I would call to see where they were, I was told "oh. not in today, vacation..." No noticed what so ever. The cupboards above the fridge didn't match the rest and in the end he was willing to walk away without getting his last 1K because there was just too many mistakes to fix. I would not recommend Bathlux. Oh and no one had cells phone so it was very difficult to get a hold of people urgently.
Chimney liner and construction
When we heard our water heater had to be replaced and had no hot water, we were very concerned. Since our heater was so old and the work done to it was over 15 years ago, the work around it was no longer at code. We not only required a chimney liner but also tear out before our new water heater could be installed. I called John Townshend on an emergency call and right away I had a return call and same day service for estimate and repairs to begin. This was so important to us because we have a 1 year old in the house. The workers were polite, professional and did a wonderful job. It was done in a timely fashion and there was no mess which made it a pleasant experience!
Environmental Services Group were very helpful with helping me understand the testing process and were quick with both the sessions and lab results. Tara and Nicki were excellent with their customer service skills!
