Unlike several other electricians I tried, Connex sent someone as promised, in good time. Guy was courteous, and his apprentice helped but I wasn't charged extra. When I wasn't 100% satisfied, they made efforts to make it up to me, and I appreciate that.

We have a big, complicated roof. The quotes we got were very high, and we hesitated to take the lowest bid (by a substantial margin). We checked references and they were positive. Marti was generous in coming out to answer our questions. The crew was experienced and worked solidly for the week to finish. Clean up was quite good. So assuming it all holds up, as I do, we saved lots of money and time for a quality job.

I called Dave on a Sunday expecting the machine. He answered and came by a couple hours later. He used good logic to find where the leak behind the walls was. He fixed it, and gave a quote to repair the damage to the wall. I've used him before and I'll use him again.

I've used the services of Oscar and his team many times. The biggest job was when pipes froze and burst. Do it Right handled the job well, ensured the pipes were insulated and the pumps working. He isn't expensive, and is reliable and friendly.

I had the same problem in two old toilets. The first thing that impressed me about Dave is that after I hired him, he told me about a coupon on his website. He fixed the main problem with both toilets quickly and inexpensively. But some minor leakage issues remained. I think with old toilets it can be 'trial and error', and Dave was willing to come back on an evening or weekend. In the end, he replaced both toilets without charging me extra for his early efforts. And the price was far better than another quote. He hauled the old toilets to the dump for no extra charge. He was always friendly too.

Our old rusty garage door broke a cable. Danny was available right away to fix it, and at a reasonable cost. After, I noticed it wasn't perfect - he did tell me it was too old to find replacement parts. But I called him and he came back, found a low-cost solution, and it's now better than before. He didn't charge for the second trip, though I gave something anyway.
