Had a partial clog in sewer line causing some sewer back up. Jeff came to the house, cabled the line and cleared the problem. He was also very informative about what we needed to do to prevent future problems and even got our toilets flowing better. I highly recommend this company, especially Jeff, he went above and beyond. Had convertible replace a dinosaur ac and 15 year old furnace. The quote was the best out there. The consultant Michael was awesome and came out on the long weekend, was up front and very honest with us about everything and did not use any high pressure tactics. Michael was so awesome he even helped us while he was vacationing with his family. The install was perfect and started early which was awesome and even completed in the time frame quoted. The installers were incredible professional and left the place cleaner than when they started. I would recommend Convertible to anyone looking for a new furnace and/or ac.
