Convertible Air was great from the very first call I placed. Chris came over to my house and was very professional. He took the time to explain everything to me. I asked a lot of questions and Chris was terrific and very patient with me. Set up the date for the work to be done. David and Craig were very punctual and did a great job. They removed all the garbage and cleaned the area where they worked as well. Very polite guys. Again, did not mind me asking more questions and explained the operation of the a/c and furnace to me. I will DEFINITELY recommend Convertible Air. In fact, I already have.
