Great deal on the product and knowledgeable sales staff that weren't pushy. The appointment for the technicians to hook up the bbq to the gas line was very timely and they also noted a couple of problems with the gas line in our house and fixed them at no charge while they were there. I come from a small town and this store feels like a small town store in terms of service and quality.
