We had the boiler system replaced in our century old home. There were many problems getting it installed and running properly. Reliance was there for us the whole way, Joe Boseley came in after we had some issues and made sure we got the best contractors in to get it running properly. Joe went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable while the system was being replaced. They were always on time and followed up to make sure we were happy with the results. This is not the first time we have had great service from Reliance, we had the protection plan on our old system and they would often come in to get in up and running when we had issues.
