We called on Friday morning in the middle of a heat wave, and the service was on Friday afternoon. The office called at the appointed time and said the technician was on his way. The technician arrived and fixed the AC within 5 minutes. After that he spent another hour explaining the workings of the AC and the furnace fan. He was very helpful, answering all my questions. Now, the AC works perfectly all the weekend and the next week. Great service from the office and the technician!

In the winter, the basement room was too cold. The room was finished four years ago by another contractor. Green Maple replaced one wall to put in more insulation and the vapour barrier, which was not there. To improve the room, they added another heat vent and caulked the air drafts from the walls. After 3 weeks renovation, the basement room is better for the winter. Thanks to Ariel and Green Maple.

Melvin did a wonderful job of contributing to three projects in our house in Burlington. The first one was to install a vanity counter and shower threshold for a bathroom. We continued that for the second bathroom and included a top of a half wall. Those two projects were done by coordinating his work with another contractor for the bathrooms. The third project was to install kitchen counters. Melvin and his assistant did an amazing work to install the counters and the kitchen sink. The kitchen looks wonderful, and the counters are easy to clean. Thank you!

Green Maple recently completed some bathroom renovations for the powder room and the main bathroom. From the outset, Ariel was polite, caring, and open to our concerns and expectations. He was professional: providing suggestions, quotes, and a contract with well defined deadlines and detailed lists. We were impressed with their cleanliness and workmanship. It was easy to work with both Ariel and Roberto. The work was done on time, and their attention to any issues or concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. To fix another minor issue took a bit of time, but it was done after another project in our house. We are delighted with the results.

Ideal Stairs were an excellent company to install capping of two circular stairs in Burlington. For many years, we had stairs covered with carpet. We removed the carpet. Ideal Stairs installed red oak treads and risers and matched the staining to the handrails. We are most happy with the new stairs, and the stairs are not slippy. The work was done within five days, and it was good to have it done in such a short time for the inconvenience of construction. Well done!
