I am very impressed and thankful for Norm Wong's efforts in recommending the system that was right for my home. The time spent at our home understanding our needs and calculating heat loss was a new concept to me. Norm was very thorough to a fault and understood that since I did not really pay attention to the needs of the furnace and its filters, that I would need a system that only required annual filter changes.
