Rental Unit - My tenants called in a panic as they couldn't get heating or hot water. I placed a call to Reliance and they sent Gurmeet (Empl. # 2473) within 24 hours to have a look. He changed out the Ignition unit of the hot water tank for us and it's been a week now and working perfectly fine. He was very professional, and patiently answered all of my tenants and my questions.
