Ryan was very knowledgeable and did a fast and effective job in repairing our range. (355410). Prior to that they also did work on my washing machine and that’s why I called them Back to do a second repair. Thanks!

What a horrible let down—we had our first custom master closet completed in 2014. This product was amazing and Dino did such a great job following up with us. Flash forward to 2017. The installer damaged my walls and broke my chandelier. I have been trying to get in touch with Ralph for over 6 weeks, and have had no response. They were to have sent someone to paint and caulk and to also pay for the damaged lightening. Dino no longer works with them, and it seems that they also don’t have a receptionist. Something has gone wrong, and I feel I make have to escalate my efforts. Please beware before you proceed with them for any work. It should not take this much effort to get in touch with the company via email or phone call.

Not sure if this is because I am dealing with their new location at Yonge and Eg, but unfortunately did not have the same experience as others who have commented (sorry to say). I ordered a product in Dec'13, and did not hear back from anyone to update me on my order staus until March. I had to call in May for my own follow up. Granted, I did not purchase the most expensive item, but still would have appreciated more timely follow up. Also, trying to organize delivery is painful and the gentleman on the phone is obstructive as opposed to helpful. Hope this helps others! Have changed gears ad will buy most of my furniture from great dealers in Woodbridge!

Unfortunately, I was very displeased with my entire experience with them. It took them since November to realize that there was a problem with a piece that I had ordered. Needless to say I cancelled the order. I would be very careful prior to buying anything from them. They were quoting me a date for August! How could it take 10 months to make a bedroom set!!! We ordered in Nov!!! Back to the drawing board.
