We ordered a white oak dining table through casalife and waited for months. It was by Arezza and once it arrived we were very disappointed for the price we payed. The finish was terrible....it had depressions in the surface covered up by wood filler and the edges/corners were poorly aligned and filled with wood filler. Also we expected a solid oak table but instead received a veneered table. We dealt with Karen from Casa Life and we always had to chase up with her to get results. Once they have the money they don't want to know you anymore. They didn't stand behind their product and charged us a huge shipping cost/fees for the return. We won't be buying any furniture with them anymore. Get your furniture custom made.....save money, headaches and time.

I had four custom dining chairs made at Casa Life and the product quality and customer service were exceptional. Karen at the 2532 Yonge location is simply the BEST. She is the consummate professional - a seasoned interior designer who is extremely savvy and a joy to deal with. I've been to practically every single retailer in the city and can honestly say that you will be hard-pressed to find someone as knowledgeable and customer-focused as Karen. The store itself has a beautiful selection of furniture and a massive selection online.

Furniture looked nice but are pretty expensive. Can shop around and get quality furniture from a more reputable company. Bought a furniture paid $330 for "expedited shipping" which took 8 weeks and was originally told 3-4 weeks. To our dismay, after we received the sofa, but it had the wrong leg colors than what we ordered and the springs of the sofa made noise when you sat on it!

They sent a technician and did some work around to get the spring fixed, but overheard him on the phone with his boss and he told his boss that the manufacturer used different springs for the left and right side of the sofa, which is a design flaw. After the phone he told us that everything was fixed, but we told him that we heard him say the springs were wrong and he acknowledged but was a bit sneaky to get us to keep the sofa. We ended up returning the sofa and getting a full refund. They didn't even bother to say we'll give you xx% off if you want to keep the sofa or here is a discount for the inconvenience. I'm pretty sure they will sell the sofa at their store to a naive customer!

Casalife has a good selection of a variety of furniture. We purchased a dining room suite with 4 chairs, 2 barstools and a sofa for our condo. Samantha, in the Kitchener Casalife Store is amazing!! She assisted in visualizing the size of selected furniture in our space by placing our chosen items on a computer sketch of the floor plan, including furniture we already had. Samantha is friendly, professional, has a knack of making us feel important, valued and that we are working as a team in furnishing our condo. After receiving the above furniture and loving it, with Samantha's help, we ordered a media unit and a coffee table.

Thanks to Rob (Casalife) and Jason's willingness to go the extra mile our sleeper sofa and king storage bed are all put together after a big move. We purchased them from Casalife 3 years ago but the movers couldn't figure out how to put them back together. Rob didn't hesitate to offer to come out and do it himself!!! Thank you!!!!!

Avoid CasaLife's wooden furniture! We bought the Adan table a few months ago, which we only very recently took out of the packaging and assembled. Within the space of 1 week of having been very lightly used, we are seeing major scratches on the surface area. It seems like the finish is completely lacking, normally wooden tables are at the very least finished with a scratch-resistant coating.
The table is clearly advertised as "Wood is sealed for protection and longevity". I find the fact that scratches appear so easily, so quickly irreconcilable with the product specs on the website.
My wife and I reached out to CasaLife support only to be berated by the owner who told us to 'stop abusing' our table and accused us of "negligence". We have been very careful and our other wooden furniture (including multiple tables) have not been so delicate, or easy to scratch.
Highly recommend going to CB2 or Create & Barrel and not CasaLife for any wooden tables.

We took on a full condo renovation, and had our furniture stored for 3 months. Upon moving back in, the movers significantly damaged the table top of a walnut dining table (purchased from Casalife a few years ago). The movers didn't assume any responsibility and we were heartbroken as the table was a key piece to the newly built in banquette. We connected with Casalife who graciously offered to try and repair the damage - setting expectations that even though their skilled talent - Cesar - was excellent, it may not be possible. Well, Cesar is by far a miracle worker and the table tab looks fantastic. Thank you!

Casalife is our favourite furniture store in Etobicoke. We purchased 6 dining chairs at a great price. 2 days later we receive an email explaining an issue with their inventory, thus the chairs were no longer available at that price. We went back and talked to Glen. He assured us that something will be done to honour the original price. After he talked to Robert, the owner of the store, they decided to order brand new chairs at the same price we had purchased the previous ones. Glen was very courteous and always prompt with his updates on the new order. Within the week the issue was solved and we got the chairs we wanted.
We definitely will go back and wholeheartedly would recommend Casalife.

We had a great experience shopping for a couch as Casalife. Glen gave us great service - not pushy but very knowledgable - and the delivery was fast, on time and very carefully completed.

I love everything Casalife carries in their store. Have made several large sized purchases (Couches with two chairs, side table and carpet) and a Dining Room set with 4 Bar Stool.
I love all my purchases. Everything was delivered in a timely manner. And the delivery guys were fantastic.
The couches when delivered made a funny sound when we sat down. And Casalife helped contact the company and someone came and fixed the problem we had.
I will be back to Casalife.
