Decorative concrete patio and walkway
Viper was chosen to complete the paving with decorative concrete of a patio and walkway down the side of my house, the price was fair and the job was completed very quickly from framing to pouring. All the components of the job were explained to me upfront so i knew what to expect. Once it was fully cured and they came back to apply the sealant it was beautiful.
I had CHI do an inspection of my home before I put it on the market to sell. The inspector was very thorough, detailed and arranged to do the inspection at a time that was convenient. The report enabled me to resolve issues before I put the house on the market and we closed on the sale in 2 weeks after the buyers inspector found no deficiencies that were not disclosed up front.

I build my first home with Trico in 2012, all of the Trico representatives were awesome to work with and would like to work with them again in the future. I felt that the process was a bit rushed but if i were to build again the pace would be fine since i would have done it before. The home did have a bit more deficiencies then i expected but between the construction and warranty process everything was taken care of.
