My start-up was scheduled for May 16 but my gardener laid grass seed on May 2. I called Diamond Head and they went out of their way to re-schedule and came on May 7 so I could water my grass and new seed. Also they re-installed, at no extra charge, a rain sensor that had be taken off the fence last fall because a tree fell on the fence. The Galen and Dale were kind, competent, friendly and punctual.
