Diamond Head was already doing the sprinkler system when we bought our house over 15 years ago. Since then we have had continuous trouble free service (both annual service and system alterations). Recommended without qualification.

We was very fortunate to choose Diamond Head Sprinklers in 2000 to design and install our in ground sprinkler system for our front and back gardens at our home in the Beach. We have had the most positive experience with all of the staff from Kent the owner to Stan the organizer and all of their knowledgeable and courteous team. Their superior work from the initial setup has continued every year with the maintenance program that they offer to ensure the sprinkler system grows and adjusts to the needs of our garden. We put a lot of time and care into our garden and having Diamond Head oversea it's watering needs throughout the summer gives us peace of mind knowing that it is being properly watered and therefore well taken care of.
When we bought a property in Collingwood we had
Diamond Head install a watering system for several large trees that we had planted so that we didn't have to be concerned about them receiving adequate water when we weren't there and they were first getting established.

Technician Galen S. started up our home lawn sprinkler system for the season on May 17/13 and he did an excellent job ensuring the different spray patterns from each head were doing what they were supposed to be doing. He took time to answer all my questions as I accompanied him through the process. He was knowledgeable and polite. We have been with Diamond Head for many years and have always been very satisfied with their service. Our neighbour switched to this company after observing their high quality work with us.

My start-up was scheduled for May 16 but my gardener laid grass seed on May 2. I called Diamond Head and they went out of their way to re-schedule and came on May 7 so I could water my grass and new seed. Also they re-installed, at no extra charge, a rain sensor that had be taken off the fence last fall because a tree fell on the fence. The Galen and Dale were kind, competent, friendly and punctual.

The technician who serviced my irrigation system was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. In addition he was very punctual. I didn't have to wait all day for a technician to arrive.

Kent and his team delivered in every regard. The quality of the install was great and every step of the process was delivered on time. Follow-up communication after the install was timely and we are extremely pleased with the entire experience.
