Service man quickly evaluated the issue and said he couldn't snake the drain, but could replace all pipes for a charge of $650 Next day building snaked the drain for free and resolved the issue quickly and easily. Either the service man was lazy, didn't feel care to work on a small job, or was incompetent. I will NOT use this company again.
