Dennis from Hamilton's Drain Rescue was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt at the initial call and provided a detail analysis of the problem that caused a flooded basement. A detailed work order and cost sheet was provided. Permit from the city, gas line location, all prepared before the Drain Rescue team began the work.
