Incredible Experience - Ashley Lindyn Sofa with Chaise
Late last year I saw this stunning couch on a Social Media Ad from Ashley Furniture - the model is the Lindyn Sofa with Chaise in Fog. It was a bit of a unique style that I wanted to see in person before purchasing, but it was a newer design and not a single store in Ottawa had a floor model. I eventually found the couch at Decor Furniture in Hamilton and figured I'd call them to ask a few questions about it and see if they had one on display. I was quickly put in touch with Mohammad and they did have one in the store! I had a lot of specific questions about it, so Mohammad went above and beyond and set up a video call to show it to me virtually so that I didn't have to make the 5 hour drive. I couldn't believe it - I've never experienced this level of customer service buying furniture. After ordering the couch, communication was exceptional right up to the delivery date and I'm happy to report our new couch arrived this week and is STUNNING!!! This was by far the best furniture buying experience we've had, and we look forward to working with Decor Furniture again. Truly a 10/10 experience. Thank you for everything Mohammad!
