1/10

Sales Team was great, except for the mishap of forgetting to add a 10,000 deposit I had made. Quality of Work TERRIBLE. Everything was rushed and you could tell. I was told they were having a great year and made a record of homes built,I can tell you they built homes very quickly.... The paint job was very poorly done the cut in lines are unbelievable. There is discoloration on the walls; I was told perhaps they used old and new paint??? There is paint on the carpet in the master bedroom. The snow is starting to melt and there is garbage everywhere. There is no reason they couldn’t have picked up as they went along. There are very obvious errors that could have been noted and repaired BEFORE the final possession walk through. Bathroom receptacles are not GFCI types, poor placement of electrical switches, I am not sure how this passed inspection, perhaps it was a rush job like everything else. The grout in the bathroom tile job has porosity, think about the water damage...because it was not noted in the walkthrough I guess I get to pay for the fix.... There was a gap in-between the floor and the wall, again it could have been fixed before the walkthrough. My sum pump water gauge line was spliced; they put a piece of electrical tape over it and called it "fixed" until I refused to accept it. I was missing insulation panels in the garage, was not noted on the walkthrough, I had to call the overhead door company to take care of it myself, again another obvious "REALLY???" This was my starter home and I will never purchase nor recommend a pacesetter home to anyone else. Very disappointed. However I have learned my lesson in making a home purchase, it would have been worth my while to first check online reviews.
